the simple slow juicer is not working properly and return promised is not being executed

slow juicer juice is coming out of both the spouts while the Fibre is all stuck up inside ! it's too messy. don't need it. return was promised to be taken on 25th April but no one came. when will I get my refund ? Pathetic
